As a full time supervisor, you will drive the Clean Team's operations in the Downtown Eastside. This role emphasizes mentoring and providing job training based on the unique needs of women and non-binary participants. Responsibilities

• Organize day-to-day workflow through smartphone applications
• Address incident reports and follow up promptly
• Conduct performance evaluations for team members
• Manage job site assessments and ensure safety
• Track supplies of cleaning materials

Qualifications

• Required to legally work in BC
• Ability to report to work by 7:30 a.m.
