Job Description
Dana Hospitality (a part of Dexterra Group) is looking for a talented Social Media & Engagement Coordinator. This position will be primarily located in the city of Guelph.
- Proficient in creating a variety of Social Media content that is aligned to the Dana brand and juggling multiple handles on behalf of multiple Dana units.
- Collect and create content to populate these handles with engaging, relevant, and value-adding material for customers.
- Send weekly reports regarding social media KPIs to Dana’s national lead of Social Media and organically grow Digital Footprint Month-Month.
- Interact with customers to gauge customer satisfaction regarding Food Services and liaise with Dana’s management team providing the pain points and work towards integrating solutions in our operations.
