About The Job
Based at Mandarin Oriental Punta Negra, Mallorca, as the Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies in order to increase online presence and improve marketing and sales efforts of the resort and its outlets. This position works closely with different departments to develop and execute the storytelling at the resort.
Responsibilities
- With the guidance of the Director of Marketing Communications, design and implement the hotel’s social media and e-commerce strategy with KPIs.
- Proactively plan creative, compelling, and targeted social media activity and campaigns.
- Stay informed of upcoming trends and developments within the field of social media.
