Role Overview: We are looking for a hybrid creative-strategist who operates at the intersection of content production, audience psychology, and performance marketing. You won’t just manage social media; you will engineer scroll-stopping content designed to beat algorithms and drive growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- High-Velocity Production: Create 5–10 original short-form videos weekly (Reels, TikTok, Shorts).
- Attention Engineering: Develop powerful hooks (1–3 seconds) and storytelling frameworks to maximize retention.
- Creative Strategy: Generate 10–20 fresh content concepts weekly based on trends and data.
- End-to-End Editing: Record and edit vertical-first content using CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or Final Cut Pro.
- Performance Optimization:
