Social Media Specialist

We’re looking for a creative and hands‑on Social Media Specialist to drive growth across our social platforms in Mexico. This role combines strategy, content creation, and campaign execution.

• Own and execute social media strategy (Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
• Plan and publish daily content (feed, stories, short‑form video)
• Create content end‑to‑end: shooting, editing, basic design, and copywriting
• Support and execute campaigns (influencers, events, pop‑ups, festivals)
• Track performance (reach, engagement, growth) and optimize based on data
• Identify trends and explore new platforms

• 3+ years in social media / digital marketing / content roles
• Strong understanding of the Mexico social media landscape
• Experience managing campaigns (not just posting)
