Sheldon Phillips are currently working with Blackpool Children’s Services to recruit an experienced Social Worker to join their Assessment and Support Team on a locum basis.
This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled practitioner looking to work within a fast-paced frontline service supporting children and families through Child in Need, Child Protection, and court proceedings work. The team works closely with partner agencies to deliver timely assessments and robust interventions that improve outcomes for vulnerable children and young people.
Role Overview
As part of the Assessment and Support Team, you will manage a varied caseload involving Children in Need, Child Protection, PLO, and care proceedings work.
