The Social Worker is a trained professional in the field of social work, bringing experience in the healthcare and disability sectors or demonstrating a strong interest in the profession, and is equipped to deliver evidence‑based interventions, foster community engagement, and drive continuous practice development.

Employment Support Programme (ESP) aims to support persons with disabilities to secure open employment through at least six months of on‑the‑job support by Job Coach and Occupational Therapist to ensure that clients can adapt and cope with the job and working environment. The programme also offers a series of training curriculum/courses to help improve employability.
