Liquid Personnel is recruiting an Adult Social Worker to join its client’s Learning Disabilities team, based in Cardiff.
Supporting adults with learning disabilities to live fulfilling, safe, and independent lives. The position focuses on strengths‑based practice, outcome‑focused planning, and statutory responsibilities under the Social Services and Well‑being (Wales) Act 2014. You will work collaboratively with individuals, families, carers, and partner agencies to assess needs, develop care and support plans, and ensure people receive the right support at the right time.
