Summary The Social Worker Program Coordinator is aligned under the Mental Health Service at Albany HCS. Assignments include responsibility for planning, establishing and implementing policies and procedures for the Social Work on-Call Program and Mental Health Unit. The Social Worker coordinates the 24-7 Social Work coverage of the Emergency Department, and weekend/holiday coverage for Mental Health Unit programming, which includes managing the pool of covering Social Workers and their schedules.
