Software Delivery Manager Hybrid - Central Manchester (2 days on‑site) £80,000-£90,000 + bonus 
Overview We're supporting a major organization in the gambling and gaming industry as they look to hire an experienced Software Delivery Manager. This role sits at the heart of a rapidly evolving, regulated technology environment and offers the chance to influence how product, coaching, and delivery functions operate together at scale. 
You’ll provide vision, leadership, and clarity across multiple Agile teams, helping shape product direction, strengthen engineering collaboration, and build a culture rooted in transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement. A strong grasp of OKRs, DORA metrics, and modern delivery frameworks will be essential as you guide teams through transformation and measure what truly drives impact.
