Key Responsibilities

Deploy and maintain software across the end-user estate using Microsoft Intune

Manage software updates, patching, and auto-update strategies to improve security andpliance

Provide 3rd line support for software-related incidents

Use Microsoft Defender to identify and remediate vulnerabilities

Plan, test, and implement secure software updates and changes

Collaborate with internal teams and vendors on software roadmaps and licencingpliance

Ensure all solutions are delivered to meet customer needs and SLA targets

Support infrastructure design and optimisation for software delivery

Key Skills & Experience

Strong scripting skills (PowerShell, VBScript)
