The Software Development Director will be accountable for all Software Engineering capabilities required to maintain and evolve the product suite. You will oversee the organization and performance of the Software Engineering team, managing significant expansion, and ensuring a successful transition to an on-shore / off-shore delivery model to leverage local skills and time zones for our international customers.
Key responsibilities include collaborating with Product, Architecture, and Infrastructure Directors, and contributing to the Product and Technology strategy and roadmap in alignment with Business objectives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, including at least 5 years in a leadership role.
