Belmont73 AI is hiring for its pre-seed funded portfolio company, NeuroVolt, a memory-persistent AI platform enabling human-aligned agent infrastructure across mobile, desktop, and web. NeuroVolt delivers long-term memory, structured reasoning, and agent accountability without hallucinations. This role is a foundational technical hire and will work directly with product and engineering leaders with deep experience from companies like Microsoft, Amazon, and OpenAI. 
The Backend Application Engineer will be responsible for building the foundational service layer of the NeuroVolt platform. This includes designing and implementing secure APIs, managing persistent memory storage systems, handling user auth flows, and supporting realtime agent interactions.
