Software Engineer II, Platform Catalog

The Platform Catalog team is responsible for accurately collecting +6000 software components, infrastructure resources, and domains across Wayfair, indirectly enabling the 3000+ software engineers at Wayfair to discover, monitor, and modify their applications, services, and resources at scale. Platform Catalog reports to the Developer Experience organization and works closely with other infrastructure and DevOps teams.

Platform Catalog systems power many other systems at Wayfair, like Backstage, an open-source developer portal from Spotify and widely used by our engineers to create and manage their applications.

Through this role, you will be given product and engineering goals and will be expected to own the implementation strategy from measurement to delivery.
