Software Engineer
Location: Turku, Finland. On-site role reporting to the Senior Manager, IT & Automation in the Operations Engineering department.
Responsibilities
- Innovate and create new digital tools with internal customers
- Collaborate with local teams and the global IT community
- Maintain existing tools and develop monitoring solutions
- Improve software development and testing processes
- Expand role based on interests and competence
Essential Requirements
- B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Information Sciences
- 3+ years of developer / IT experience in an industrial setting, preferably in a regulated business
- Hands‑on experience with CI/CD pipeline management, code versioning, software testing, and technical documentation
- Excellent written and spoken Finnish; excellent written and spoken English
- Proficiency in Python, SQL, and C#
