Software Engineering Manager – Cross‑platform C++ – Multipass Canonical is a leading provider of open source software and operating systems. Our platform, Ubuntu, is widely used in breakthrough enterprise initiatives such as public cloud, data science, AI, engineering innovation and IoT. We are hiring a Software Engineering Manager to lead Multipass, the workstation mini‑cloud that runs on macOS, Windows and Linux. 
Multipass allows developers to launch a new VM on their workstation with the command multipass launch . The goal is to give developers a local cloud experience, running builds, testing cloud appliances, or experimenting with cloud‑init scripts at no cost.
