Software Expert Field Technician Barcelona 1 Role focused on software solution support , data-driven service deployment , and project collaboration  for Customer Center clients. 
Key Responsibilities  Support and retain customers under software contracts (TechCover). 
Contribute to service contract development for installed solutions. 
Proactively deploy Data Driven Services  and Smart Integrated Assembly (SIA) . 
Work with sales to define service support offers. 
Validate compatibility between Atlas Copco systems and tightening technologies. 
Integrate local developments with Atlas Copco tools. 
Manage requests and reporting via QCM  and Spirit . 
Assess IT/SW scope and costs. 
Install, configure, and validate solutions.
