This role requires the ability to work independently and handle sensitive customer interactions.

mining systems as well as a variety of analysis tools is highly desired.
**Major Areas of Responsibility**:
- Serves as functional product expert.
- Serves as expert on how the products are installed and configured.
- Serves as expert on how the products are used by the customer.
