Software Quality Assurance Engineer

We are a provider of web-based solutions to improve care coordination for senior living facilities in the US.

Responsibilities

• Perform hands‑on testing on web and mobile apps following best practices in software testing strategies.
• Review requirements specifications and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback.
• Create detailed, comprehensive and well‑structured test plans and test cases.
• Estimate, prioritize, plan, and coordinate testing activities.
• Perform regression tests on fixed bugs to ensure that issues have been resolved.
• Monitor each phase of the SDLC to ensure quality.
• Identify, document and clearly communicate issues that occur in both development and production environments through a bug‑tracking tool.
• Validate APIs and identify performance bottlenecks.
• Write end‑to‑end automated test cases.
