YOUR ROLE
- Lead and guide engineers across multiple projects and systems.
- Diagnose and resolve production issues impacting live hiring events.
- Coordinate with cross‑functional teams for issue triage and resolution.
- Support architecture changes, integrations, and platform updates.
- Maintain and evolve event‑based system logic.
- Drive build, deployment, and release best practices.
