Software Tech Lead (Lead AI Native Engineer)
At Palo IT, technical leads are expected to be AI‑native by default and act as technical authorities for their teams and projects. As a Technical Lead (AI‑Native), you will own the technical direction and project execution for engineering teams while actively embedding AI and Generative AI into how teams work by default.
You will lead and manage a team of engineers, providing full‑stack expertise, establishing best practices, and ensuring delivery excellence. Working closely with clients, project teams, and business stakeholders, you will shepherd technical decision‑making and provide thought‑leadership through both traditional development practices and AI‑augmented workflows.
You will apply Palo IT's Gen‑E2 methodology to drive quality, speed, and responsible AI adoption across projects and teams.
