Position Responsibilities:
- Adapt to Global Technology / Segment wide organization / Business Unit’s strategy particularly with the support model and goal.
- Support a wide variety of systems from a Level 2/3 perspective using DevSecOps and other methodologies or support models as aligned by MBPS, Business Unit or Stakeholders.
- Work with business clients, internal and external teams to debug or trouble shoot applications.
- Develop/Investigate SQL stored procedures, VBA macros, Python scripts, Java scripts from a support perspective to debug issues or perform analysis for minor enhancements.
- Experienced in analysis regarding data related concerns such as incorrect data, mismatch or any data quality check.
