Responsibilities
- Participate in all aspects of Agile SCRUM development, collaborating with testers, developers, UX/doc writers, product management, and other stakeholders.
- Perform hands‑on in‑sprint QA activities to ensure production‑grade quality that meets customer specifications and expectations.
- Analyze and reproduce complex problems within test environments based on test results and customer inquiries.
- Design and implement manual and automated test cases and scripts for applications under test.
- Engage in special projects to improve testing processes, methodologies, and knowledge sharing.
