Solar Application / Design Engineer

Lead the end-to-end design and engineering of solar PV systems, including layouts, sizing, simulations and technical documentation.

• Prepare and review SLDs, drawings, BOQs and technical submissions to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Conduct technical reviews and compliance checks ensuring alignment with UAE regulations and international standards.
• Support grid connection coordination and provide technical input where required.
• Collaborate with project procurement and site teams to ensure designs are practical and constructible.
• Provide technical support during execution, commissioning and handover stages.
• Contribute to building and improving engineering standards, templates and best practices as part of developing the solar engineering function.

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy Engineering, or a related field.
