We’re looking for a Solar Partner & Customer Manager for a 12‑month fixed‑term to help make solar simple, seamless, and rewarding for Genesis customers and our solar installer partners.
You’ll be the day‑to‑day relationship lead for our solar partners, ensuring they feel supported, informed, and set up for success with Genesis processes and systems. You’ll also work closely with internal teams to resolve customer escalations, identify friction points, and improve the overall solar journey.
