Solution Architect
Overall Purpose of the Job
The Solution Architect is responsible for the design, governance, sustainability, and continuous improvement of m2m's enterprise digital and data architecture. The role provides strategic and technical leadership across CHARM, Smart Learning Solutions (SLS), Google Cloud Platform (GCP), enterprise integrations, data warehousing, reporting infrastructure, and analytics platforms. The Solution Architect ensures that m2m's digital ecosystem functions as a coherent, scalable, secure, and sustainable environment that enables the Insight2Action (I2A) Framework and supports evidence-based decision-making across the organisation. The position is based at m2m's Head Office in Cape Town, sits within the Programme, Impact and Delivery (PID) department, and reports to the Chief Programmes and Impact Officer.
