Job Description . We are seeking a highly experienced HealthShare Architect to lead the strategic vision, design, and governance of our Health Information Exchange (HIE) and interoperability platform built on InterSystems HealthShare and IRIS for Health. . This leadership role is responsible for ensuring a scalable, secure, and compliant architecture aligned with healthcare regulations such as HIPAA and FHIR mandates, while supporting enterprise-wide digital transformation initiatives. Key Responsibilities . Strategic & Architectural Design Define the technical roadmap and future-state architecture for HealthShare, including cloud, on-premise, and hybrid deployments . Lead design and implementation of large-scale clinical data integrations using InterSystems IRIS / HealthConnect .
