Role Summary : Become the founding pillar of Sprout.ai’s pre-sales and technical delivery as our first Solution Architect - a strategic role designed for a builder who wants to define the standard for Solution Architecture at Sprout as we scale. You’ll guide customers from initial technical discovery through successful deployment, establishing the entire architectural framework for our enterprise AI platform, and bridging the gap between GTM, Product, and Engineering to deploy cutting-edge LLM and automation technologies. This is a rare opportunity to own the technical narrative from pre-sales discovery to go-live, championing best practices and influencing product strategy in a high-growth environment where your impact will be immediate and visible.
