MetricStream is seeking a Solution Consultant to join our Customer Services Team. In this role, you will collaborate closely with various stakeholders, including customers, product management, QA, Solutions and support teams, to: Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements for high-quality applications. Bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions by translating requirements into functional specifications. Contribute to the development process by participating in workshops, user stories creation, and solution design.
