Job Title - AVP (Associate Vice President) or VP (Vice President) 

We are looking for a senior domain expert to build and lead eClerx‘s Retail Mortgage and Retail Credit practice. This is a high-impact, client-facing role that blends deep subject-matter expertise with consulting and solutioning capabilities. The incumbent will work at the intersection of business development, solution design, and delivery, acting as the go-to advisor for prospects, clients, and internal teams on all matters related to retail mortgage origination, servicing, and consumer lending. 

This role is ideal for someone who has walked in the client‘s shoes – whether from a bank, mortgage company, or BPO/consulting firm – and is now ready to help eClerx shape a differentiated market proposition. 

Domain Expertise  
Minimum 5–8 years of deep, hands-on experience in Retail Mortgage and/or Retail Credit (mandatory).
