Key Responsibilities
- Partner directly with enterprise customers from onboarding through to ongoing optimisation of AI worker deployments
- Build new features, MVPs, and scalable integrations that directly shape customer outcomes
- Develop robust full-stack applications using React, TypeScript, Node.js, and Python
- Design, implement, and iterate on AI/ML solutions including LLM prompt engineering, voice tuning, and transcription optimisation
