Solutions Marketing Manager (PostgreSQL)

Percona is an open source company, not a company that happens to use open source. We build in the open, our community is a real stakeholder, and transparency is how we operate. The person in this seat needs to be wired that way.

Percona sells support, services, and expertise alongside our open source distributions for PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, and MariaDB. We also build Percona Monitoring and Management (PMM), a cross‑database observability platform. This role is responsible for product marketing across that portfolio, with an initial focus on PostgreSQL and PMM. We're a small team where everyone covers for each other when priorities shift. The right person thinks in use cases and buyer needs, not just product features.
