Sommelier

Rezdôra is an Italian Restaurant dedicated to the food & hospitality of the Emilia-Romagna region in Italy. The restaurant was founded by Chef Stefano Secchi and partner David Switzer. Before opening Rezdôra, Chef Stefano worked throughout the US and in Italy, including at Osteria Francescana, All’Enoteca and Hosteria Giusti. 

As a Sommelier, you will serve as an ambassador for our ever-growing, Wine Spectator Award-winning wine program, focused exclusively on the wines of Italy, and recently included among Vinous' top Italian wine lists in NYC. You will work directly with our Wine Director, Head Sommelier, and beverage teams, and be responsible for helping to maintain the integrity of the wine program while facilitating proper wine service in our dining room.
