Duties:

Guiding guests through wine selections, suggesting pairings, and providing information on grape varieties and wine regions to enhance the dining experience.
Curating and regularly updating the restaurant's wine list, including managing pricing and supplier relationships.
Overseeing the storage, rotation, and inventory of wine, ensuring it is readily available and served properly.
Educating service staff on wine knowledge, proper serving etiquette, and, in some cases, beer, spirits, and after-dinner cigars.
Decanting wine, managing the glassware and tools, and keeping up with industry trends.

Requirements:

WSET Level 2 / 3 or higher, formal Sommeliers certification
At least 1-5 years of experience in high-end, luxury, or fine-dining environments.
