Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain an award-worthy wine list featuring South African and international wines.
• Conduct wine tastings and pairings for guests.
• Train service staff on wine knowledge and upselling techniques.
• Manage wine cellar inventory, storage, and ordering.
• Build relationships with premium wine suppliers and estates.
• Ensure proper serving, decanting, and presentation standards.
• Monitor beverage cost control and profitability.
• Assist with special events, private dinners, and bush dining experiences.
