Position: Sorting Center Management

Support the daily and efficient operation of the Allocating Center Sorting Center, be responsible for planning coordination, resource scheduling, exception handling and cross-departmental coordination, ensure the normal operation of facilities and equipment in the warehouse, reserve resources as planned and monitor reasonable costs, is an important role in operational security.

Responsibilities

• Operation plan and shift management, real-time monitoring of manpower gap according to the employment plan, and assistance in production scheduling of long-term and temporary employment arrangements;
  Update employee attendance, vacation and overtime data ledgers
