Position Summary:
TheSourcing and Quality Specialistis a pivotal part of the team, responsible for sourcing goods and materials that support new product development. This role is involved in onboarding new suppliers and coordinating the quality control process. The specialist works collaboratively with the Innovation, Manufacturing Plant Quality, and Testing Labs teams, assisting in the review, approval, and release of approximately 20-40 new products/improvements annually. This position reports directly to the Director of Sourcing and Quality.
Job Details:
Work from home
Monday to Friday | 9 AM to 6 PM Eastern Standard Time
*Following Philippine Holidays
*This role involves traveling to China to meet with the manufacturers (Once or twice per quarter)
*All expenses of the travel will be covered by the client.
