Job Title: Sourcing Consultant
Job Description
The Sourcing Consultant plays a critical role in managing end-to-end sourcing activities and supplier partnerships. This position is responsible for driving competitive sourcing events, developing effective procurement strategies, and optimizing cost, schedule, and risk across categories including labor, services, materials, and equipment. This individual partners closely with cross-functional teams to negotiate contracts, enhance supplier performance, and support category management initiatives while ensuring compliance with organizational standards.
Responsibilities
+ Lead sourcing events (RFQs/RFPs) from initiation through supplier selection
+ Develop and execute sourcing strategies, including total cost of ownership (TCO) analysis
+ Negotiate pricing, delivery schedules, and commercial terms with suppliers
+ Partner with legal and finance teams to support contract development and execution
