What will you be doing in this role?
As Sourcing Lead – Indirect Materials, you will define, own, and execute regional sourcing strategies for indirect materials across Europe and Africa. We expect you to lead, develop, and manage key and bottleneck supplier relationships, from qualification to performance improvement.
- Placing of and operational ownership of Purchase Orders
- Drive cost reduction and supply chain optimization initiatives with measurable business impact
- Establish and manage frame agreements in line with company terms and conditions
- Lead and support supplier negotiations, balancing short‑term results with long‑term partnerships
- Monitor sourcing KPIs and translate data into concrete improvement actions
- Ensure accurate supplier and pricing data in SAP and supplier management systems
- Work closely with internal stakeholders across operations, finance, engineering and HSE
