We are looking for someone who understands how to bring products to life — from finding the right factory to delivering a finished product at the right quality.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and source high-quality manufacturers globally (footwear, leather goods, accessories, hats, etc.)
- Evaluate factories based on quality, capability, pricing, and reliability
- Manage communication with factories from sampling to production
- Source materials and components when needed
- Negotiate pricing and production terms
- Oversee sampling process and ensure quality meets brand standards
- Build a strong network of trusted suppliers across categories
