This role is responsible for building proactive talent pipelines across assigned markets and functions in Latin America. You will focus on market mapping, candidate attraction, and engagement strategies for critical and hard-to-fill positions, partnering closely with Talent Acquisition Partners and hiring stakeholders. 

The role sits within a centralized global hub based in Bogotá, supporting cross-border hiring needs in a dynamic, multinational environment. Key Responsibilities:
Build and execute proactive sourcing strategies across multiple markets in Latin America.
Conduct talent mapping and identify target companies / candidate pools for priority roles.
Engage passive candidates through multichannel sourcing approaches.
Build diverse, high-quality pipelines across corporate, commercial, supply chain, and market functions.
