Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Hybrid Sourcing & Procurement Specialist to support one of our manufacturing clients in the Findlay Township, PA area on a 12‑month contract. This individual will support purchasing and sourcing activities by analyzing spend and supplier performance, driving price negotiations, improving payment terms, qualifying new suppliers, and ensuring on‑time delivery across assigned projects. The role is responsible for executing RFQs, issuing purchase orders, and managing the full procure‑to‑pay cycle while maintaining strict compliance with U.S. Government and defense‑related procurement regulations and all internal policies. This specialist will partner closely with Engineering, Operations, Finance, Project Management, Quality, and global sourcing teams to resolve supplier, logistics, AP, and contractual issues, improve key performance metrics such as cost savings and delivery performance, and identify opportunities for cost reduction and cash‑fl...
