Location: Pasig City (Onsite)
Schedule: Monday – Friday | Morning Shift

Key Responsibilities
- Utilize advanced sourcing methods (LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, GitHub, portfolio sites, and social media) to identify top talent.
- Review resumes, portfolios, and professional profiles to assess basic qualifications and cultural fit.
- Craft highly personalized and compelling outreach messages to engage passive candidates.
- Coordinate with the Sourcing Manager and recruiters to understand specific role requirements and calibrate talent pools.
- Maintain clean and organized candidate records within our applicant tracking system.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Sourcing Specialist, Talent Scout, or Recruiter focusing on top-of-funnel pipeline building.
