A luxury hospitality group is looking for a skilled Sous Chef to support the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering exceptional culinary standards.



Key Responsibilities


Assist the Head Chef in managing daily kitchen operations


Supervise and support junior kitchen staff


Ensure consistency in food preparation and presentation

Step into a leadership role in the absence of the Head Chef

Requirements


Previous experience as a Sous Chef or strong Junior Sous Chef ready to step up
