Sous Chef

We currently have a position available in our kitchen for a sous chef. This position is a varied role within a busy hotel kitchen. Catering for residents, guests, weddings and functions, you will need to have previous experience within a busy kitchen and Salary is Negotiable We are looking for the following qualities and experience: You will have experience working in a restaurant/hotel kitchen You will be passionate about working with food cooked to order in a fast-paced environment You will have high standards and a good eye for detail You will ensure all dishes are cooked to high standards whilst being delivered at speed You will thrive working under pressure and being part of a busy team You will have great planning and organisational skills You will have a good understanding of food hygiene and health and safety.
