 A passion for all things burgers, fries, milkshakes and a love ofcooking & constructing mouth watering dishes
 Ability to work well under pressure and take control when needed including experience of working in a high volume, fast paced kitchenenvironment
 Knowledge around running a kitchen adhering to targets and leading a team 
 Pride in achieving the highest levels ofcleanliness and health & safety ensuring the team are trained and confident
