Position Overview:Legends Global, the leader in privately managed public assembly facilities, is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Sous Chef at the Long Beach Convention & Entertainment Center. The Sous Chef will oversee the daily operations of the hot kitchen, supervise kitchen staff, and ensure the efficient preparation and service of meals. This position also involves scheduling employees and ensuring food production meets the highest standards.
Please note that the Long Beach Convention & Entertainment Center Food and Beverage employees are covered by a collective bargaining agreement with Unite Here Local 11, and union membership is a condition of employment.
