The Opportunity

We're looking for a talented and driven Sous Chef to join the team at Oban Brasserie, located within Perle Oban Hotel.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Sous Chef, or a strong Junior Sous ready to step up, to take on a key leadership role in a busy, quality-led kitchen. Working closely with the Head Chef, you'll help lead the team, drive standards, and play a central role in delivering consistently excellent food.

If you enjoy being at the heart of service, developing others, and working with fresh, seasonal Scottish produce, this role offers both challenge and progression.
