The Role
The Collaroyis in the market for aSous Chef to join this already incredible team. This is the perfect opportunity for a chef looking to take the next step in their career and start leading a team. You can expect to be serving up dishes with Mediterranean influence as well as a few pub classics, there is also a woodfire pizza offering. 

 To be successful in this role you will: 
Have 2+ years’ experience in a Sous chef role in a similar venue 
Ability to manage a team of 10 + chef when the head chef is off 
Organised, focused and communication is key 
The flexibility to work across the kitchen and someone that is happy to train junior staff. 
Good knowledge around kitchen admin, WH&S and good people skills
