Job Title: South Indian Cook

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook a wide range of South Indian dishes, including dosas, idlis, vadas, uttapams, and other breakfast items.
  • Prepare different varieties of dosas such as Plain Dosa, Masala Dosa, Mysore Masala Dosa, Ghee Roast, Rava Dosa, Onion Dosa, Cheese Dosa, Paper Roast, Set Dosa, and speciality dosas.
  • Prepare dosa batter and ensure consistency in taste, texture, and fermentation.
  • Prepare chutneys, sambar, and other South Indian accompaniments.
  • Maintain food quality, portion control, and presentation standards.
  • Ensure proper storage and handling of ingredients.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen and cooking stations.
  • Monitor stock levels and report inventory requirements.
